Can Bread Machine Version Corn Toast

Put the main bread ingredients into the bread machine.

Open the smart APP, find the bread machine, and select the standard menu to knead the dough.

Put in the corn kernels prepared in advance when there is a fruit prompt.

Check the state of the dough after mixing.

After finishing the dough, put it back into the bucket of the bread machine for a fermentation.

Select the fermentation menu and set the time to 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the dough is in a good state of fermentation.

Take out the fermented dough and vent it, knead it round and roll it out, turn it over to thin the bottom, roll it up from top to bottom, and close it out and press it down.

Shape it and put it in the bucket of the bread machine.

Select the fermentation menu and set the time to 45 minutes. (The fermentation time is not enough to adjust)

The bread is delivered to the bucket 8 minutes full.

Select the baking menu and set the time to 30 minutes.

Baking is complete.

Take it out immediately and let it cool on the drying net.
Tips:
1. After the second fermentation time, the dough will be fermented, and the dough will start to bake when the barrel is 8 minutes full.
2. The baking time depends on the color of the bread. If the color is enough, the bread is almost cooked.
3. Don't put too much corn kernels. Too much affects the breadth to grow taller.
