Candied Bean Paste Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients used.

Soak the glutinous rice in advance.

After the red beans are boiled in an electric pressure cooker, they are fried in a wok with sugar.

Stir-fry until the red bean paste can hold together.

Remove the core of the candied dates and set aside.

Fold the zong leaves, add glutinous rice, and wrap the red bean paste with candied dates.
