This is my mother-in-law’s favorite pasta. Noisy and soft, fresh and sweet.
After eating a lot of big fish and meat during the Chinese New Year, ordering whole grains is the best for intestinal cleansing.

Ingredients

Candied Carrot Tortillas

1. Wash and peel the carrots

2. Rub it into filaments with a wiper for later use

3. Candied dates cut into chunks

4. Yeast mix thoroughly with a little warm water

5. Mix corn flour and flour evenly (the ratio of corn flour to flour is 1:2)

6. Add carrot shreds and mix well

7. Add yeast, slowly add warm water to form a dough (the dough should be slightly softer)

8. Pour the candied dates and mix well

9. Ferment in a warm and humid place to double the size

10. Dig out a piece of dough by hand

11. Reunion with your hands and smooth the ball

12. Can also grow round

13. Put it directly on the damp cloth and let it ferment for a second time for 20 minutes. Then turn to medium heat and steam for 18 minutes, turn off the heat, and then open the lid after 3 minutes.

Tips:

1. The ratio of corn flour to flour is 1:2, so the taste is relatively noisy and soft.
2. Make the noodles softer, so that it will be noisy and delicious.
