1. Wash glutinous rice and control water.
2. Scalding the zongzi leaves in boiling water, cut off the bottom
3. The two leaves are stacked and rolled into a funnel.
4. Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice, and a candied date is compacted.
5. Cover the top leaves, pinch the remaining parts tightly, wrap them with cotton thread and tie them up.
6. Put it in boiling water and simmer for an hour and a half to two hours.
