Candied Date Zongzi

Soak glutinous rice and peanuts for 3 hours respectively.

Wash the zong leaves and cook them in a pot of boiling water for two to three minutes.

Cut off the roots.

Stagger and overlap two zong leaves and fold them into a funnel shape.

Put two or three peanuts, add some glutinous rice, and put a candied date. (Hehe, I'm used to putting peanuts first, it's not easy to leak rice)
