Ingredients

Candied Date Zongzi

1. Soak glutinous rice and peanuts for 3 hours respectively.

2. Wash the zong leaves and cook them in a pot of boiling water for two to three minutes.

3. Cut off the roots.

4. Stagger and overlap two zong leaves and fold them into a funnel shape.

5. Put two or three peanuts, add some glutinous rice, and put a candied date. (Hehe, I'm used to putting peanuts first, it's not easy to leak rice)

6. Refill with glutinous rice

7. Fold the zongye over and come over from the tip of the funnel, as shown in the picture

8. Insert a zong leaf at the bottom, as shown in the picture
