Candied Peanut Rice Dumpling

Soak the glutinous rice in advance, and put the fresh reed leaves in boiling water to scald and wash

Prepare candied dates; soak peanuts in advance

Place three or four reed leaves side by side in your left hand; circle it into a funnel with your right hand, and the bottom corner will come out; put glutinous rice and peanuts in it

Put a candied date; add some glutinous rice to fill it up; cover the remaining zong leaves and pinch out three corners

Wrap all the zong leaves; tie them with straw ropes.
