Candied Rice Cake

Wash the glutinous rice cakes, soak them in water, drain them, and cut them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot, turn to low heat, add glutinous rice cakes and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

Then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, sprinkle with some sugar and cook for a while, then turn the other side and cook until soft.
