In the past, when the unit organized to go to the Northeast restaurant to eat, this dish was a must. The first time I ate it, I completely fell in love with it. Became my signature dish

Candied Sweet Potatoes

1. Peel and wash sweet potatoes

2. Cut into pieces. I like to cut them into irregular shapes. The size is even. It will be easier to fry when fried. The shape can be cut according to your own.

3. Heat oil in the pan, pour the sweet potatoes into the pan and fry

4. Deep-fried until golden brown, you can get it out and drain the oil when it's cooked

5. After pouring the oil out of the pan, leave a little bit of oil in the pan, pour the sugar in, and boil the sugar over low heat

6. Boil all the sugar to melt

7. Pour in the fried sweet potatoes and stir evenly

8. Spread a layer of lettuce on the plate so that the oil will not stick to the plate, so that it looks good and is easy to clean the plate. This step can also be omitted, but I personally feel that I am more accustomed to it.

9. Stirred sweet potatoes can be served in the pot. Sprinkle a layer of fried white sesame seeds on the sweet potatoes to make them look better and more fragrant.

Tips:

As a whole, controlling the temperature of this dish is more important. When it is fried, it is easy to scorch the sweet potatoes. When the sugar is boiled, it is not easy to control the sugar. This dish is still very simple.
