Candied Tomatoes

After washing the tomatoes, pour boiling water in a basin to submerge the tomatoes. After soaking for 30 seconds, pour out the boiling water and rinse with cold water. The tomatoes after this treatment are very easy to peel.

Cut the top of the tomato with a cross knife, take a corner and peel it down. The skin is easily peeled off.

The peeled tomatoes are cut into crescent shapes and the stalks are removed.

Put the cut tomatoes on a plate and sprinkle with sugar.
