Canned Fruit
1.
Soak the fresh fruit in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then wash it repeatedly. You can also wash it with flour. My fruit is a family product sent by a friend. It is not sprayed with pesticides. If you buy it in the market, I usually peel it. Eat later.
2.
Remove the core of the sand fruit and cut into pieces.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat.
4.
Wait until the shaguo is boiled until soft, add rock sugar, and continue to cook on low heat.
5.
Add the washed goji berries and cook for another 2 minutes.
6.
The sweet and sour canned casserole is out of the pot. I just cook it and eat it. You can also cook more at once, refrigerate it, and take it as you eat.
