Canned Yellow Peach
1.
Wash the yellow peaches, peel them, and soak them in salt water for 5 minutes.
2.
Cut into the size you like. You can also use a spoon to dig out larger pieces.
3.
There is no hammer at home, so I use the dry grinding cup of the food processor to break the rock sugar.
4.
The broken rock candy looks good.
5.
Stir the rock sugar powder into the yellow peaches and stir well.
6.
Put in half a cup of purified water. If you like it lighter, you can add more water.
7.
Cover the mouth of the bowl with plastic wrap and poke a few holes (I don't know why, I just feel a little breath away). Put it in the steamer for 25 minutes (I put it in when the water is cold, maybe the water will boil and steam it will be better, you can try). Don't steam it for too long, because it's too soft and tastes bad.
8.
The sealed jar is boiled in boiling water. Put the steamed yellow peaches in, pour the soup in at the end, and put them in the refrigerator to taste better. I don't know how long it can be stored, I usually finish it in two days.
Tips:
Do not steam for too long, the yellow peach will be too soft and taste bad. You can put a little more water, and the soup will be refreshing. When eating, you can cut the yellow peach into pieces and eat it in ice cola or sprite. There will be surprises!
