Canola Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and rapeseed for later use.

Add a little oil to the pan, pour in the chili, garlic, and ginger and saute until fragrant.
3.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry the mushrooms to get some moisture and add the rapeseed.
5.
Stir-fry evenly and add a little salt and oyster sauce to taste.
