This dish contains carrots, shiitake mushrooms, small rapeseed, and several kinds of seasonal vegetables. It is nutritious and delicious.

Fried Vegetables

1. Wash the small rapeseed and shiitake mushrooms

2. Then cut it up and set aside

3. Pour oil into the pan, and fry the mushrooms until softened

4. Then pour in small rapeseed and carrot slices

5. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce

6. Add a spoonful of salt

7. Stir fry until cooked out
