Canola Shrimp Pimple Soup

Rapeseed wash

Bring the water to a boil and blanch the rape with a little salt, over cool water.

Squeeze out the water from the rapeseed, cut into small pieces, beat the eggs and stir evenly with a spoon of water. Wash the shrimp skin and squeeze out the moisture.

Heat the pan and put the oil, add the shrimp skins and stir-fry slightly yellow, add the chopped green onion and fry the aroma.

Add rapeseed to help stir fry

Add water to boil

Slowly pour the egg water into the flour and stir into small bumps while pouring.

The water opens up into the gnocchi, all ready and cook for 2 minutes.

Add rape leaves, season with salt and cook for 2 minutes, add pepper and monosodium glutamate and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. The pimple can be large or small, depending on the taste you like.
2. Stir-fry the dried shrimps on a low heat to bring out the freshness.
3. A bowl of hot noodle soup in cold weather is very delicious and warms up.
