Cantonese Braised Fried Shrimp

Rinse the pipi prawns and drain the water for later use

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the fragrant garlic

Tips:
If the Pippi shrimp is relatively large and you are worried about it, you can add a little water to braise in the middle.
