[cantonese Cuisine] Bitter Melon and Pork Ribs in Hot Pot
1.
Cut the bitter gourd to the flesh and cut into pieces.
2.
Rinse the ribs with cold water in the pot and fly with water.
3.
Slice ginger, wash and slice pickles for later use.
4.
Soak the soybeans in advance.
5.
Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices and pickles and sauté.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole and pour the sauteed pickles.
7.
Add the soybeans and bring the ribs to a boil.
8.
Add the bitter gourd to a boil.
9.
Add cooking wine, cover and cook slowly until the bitter gourd is ripe.
10.
Turn off the heat, add pepper and chicken powder.
Tips:
1. The pickles are salty, so add salt as appropriate. I didn't add salt. I personally feel that the taste of pickles is enough.
2. Try to be light and use as little oil as possible when frying pickles.
