Cantonese-style Radish and Beef Offal

Prepare the ingredients. Beef offal and radish from the supermarket. Prepare aniseed: star anise cinnamon tangerine peel. Prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine.

Turn the radish to death and cut into pieces with a hob. Be sure to cut them into larger pieces and have some thickness.

Miscellaneous cattle fly water.

Wash the beef offal with clean water.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry aniseed ginger and garlic. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried chilies together.

Add beef offal and stir fry for a minute.

Add radish cubes and water. The radish should be slightly under the water. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour. It is not too troublesome to stew in a casserole. After an hour, collect the juice, add salt, and cook. The amount of soup depends on your preference.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and come and eat.
Tips:
1. The radish should be cut into large pieces, because it will take an hour to simmer. 2. It must be simmered on a low fire, which is basically the smallest fire for gas.
