Beef Mixed Vermicelli Soup

Wash off the offal.

Pour half a pot of water and two tablespoons of cooking wine into the soup pot.

Bring to a boil, add beef offal and cook for 5 minutes

Pour out the water after cooking, change to a pot of water again, pour the beef offal after boiling, continue to cook for 15-20 minutes, then remove.

In the process of cooking beef offal, peel the radish and cut into thin slices.

Tips:
Beef offal is more fishy, so add cooking wine and cook it in advance to remove the fishy, then change the water and cook.
