There are a lot of things to do, and I have saved a lot of dishes, so I will sort them out slowly. Ha ha. Take time.

My friends’ kimchi is often used to share, this time it’s capers, used to stir-fry minced pork, a classic meal, ha ha. "

Capers with Minced Meat

1. Material drawing

2. Mince mutton, add green onion and ginger soy sauce with cooking wine and pepper to marinate evenly. Finely chop ginger and onion, and chop capers soaked with chili.

3. Pour oil in the wok, fry a small portion of onions and add the marinated minced meat.

4. After frying, take out.

5. Use the remaining oil to fry the onions.

6. Saute capers in a pan until fragrant. Cook the minced meat.

7. Continue to fry until the aroma is strong, add sugar and flavor, and drizzle a little light soy sauce.

Tips:

1. Pork belly is the best for minced meat. Mijia doesn't eat pork, so it uses lamb and beef is also delicious.

2. Green onions can be used for onions. Personally, onions are better.
