Capri Salad
1.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Cut mozzarella cheese into approximately 2cm*2cm size
3.
Chop basil leaves. Add tomatoes, cheese, and basil leaves to the pot.

Pour in olive oil, sprinkle a little sea salt, and mix well.
Tips:
1 The mozzarella cheese must be fresh and spherical. The kind of mozzarella used in pizza is fermented and cannot be used in the preparation of this dish.
2 Tomatoes can be large tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, or colorful tomatoes.
3 Olive oil can also be replaced with linseed oil.
4 The mozzarella cheese itself has a bit of saltiness, so you only need a small pinch of sea salt, and you don't even need to put salt in the mouth if it is light.
