Caramel Cheese Pudding

Put the milk, caster sugar, cream cheese, and light cream in a large bowl and mix well.

Beat the eggs.

Pour the beaten egg liquid into the 1 step milk mix.

Stir evenly with a manual whisk to make the pudding liquid.

Sift the pudding liquid 1-2 times.

The sieved pudding liquid is allowed to stand for 20 minutes.

Pour the rested pudding liquid into the pudding bottle. Put the pudding bottle into the baking tray, and pour hot water into the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, the middle layer for 30 minutes, until the pudding liquid solidifies.

Top with caramel sauce at the end.
Tips:
1. There is no need to add caramel sauce. But adding caramel sauce will give the pudding a different flavor.
2. When baking the pudding, pay attention to the heat, just set it, if it is past, the pudding will be old and the taste will not be so good.
