Caramel Milk Tea

Prepare 500ml milk, 3 black tea bags, 40g rock sugar, 15g water.

Pour rock sugar into the milk pan, then pour in water, and boil it over low heat.

When the sugar water is brown-red, pour a small amount of milk to avoid boiling.

Stir well, then pour in the remaining milk and black tea bags, try not to let the pot boil.
5.
Simmer for 5-8 minutes on low heat, strain it before drinking.
