Caramel Milk Tea

Put sugar in the pot and simmer over low heat

Boiled to reddish brown

Pour the milk, the sugar will clump when you just pour it in, and the sugar will melt after boiling for a while

After the milk is boiled, put in the black tea bag and boil for another 5 minutes on low heat

Turn off the heat and remove the black tea bag

Do not cover the lid when making milk tea to avoid panting
