Caramel Milk Tea
1.
Prepare the raw materials and two clean stainless steel pots. In fact, a casserole is also possible. Because I make less, I use the egg beater at home to make it.
2.
Pour the pure milk into a basin and boil it on a gas stove. It needs proper stirring in the middle, because it is easy to form milk skin, it will be better if it is stirred.
3.
When the milk is bubbling, pour the black tea into the milk and continue to boil it until you smell the aroma of milk tea. Leave the fire to let the tea steep for a while.
4.
Now it’s time to boil the caramel. Take another pot and put the white sugar on a low heat to simmer slowly, stirring constantly.
5.
Until the sugar becomes caramelized and has the characteristic aroma of caramel, then the caramel is ready.
6.
Strain the milk tea that has just been brewed into a caramelized bowl and cook for a while on the stove until the saccharification is complete, and the caramel milk tea is ready.
7.
Let the boiled milk tea cool down and pour the cold milk tea into a cup.
