Caramel Mixed Fruit Cake

Pour the confectioner's sugar and whipped cream into 2 small pots and heat them over low heat. When the sugar slowly melts and becomes dark brown, slowly add the heated whipped cream and mix well to form the caramel liquid. Set aside after cooling.

Whip the softened cream slightly

Add fine sugar and beat until the color turns white

Add the beaten whole eggs in portions

Mix well

Mix the coconut flour, sifted low flour and baking powder

Add the caramel liquid and mix well

Finally add various dried fruits and mix well,

Pour it into the oven, smooth the surface and put it into the oven,

Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes and serve.
Tips:
1. If there is no coconut flour, it can be replaced with almond flour.
2. Time and temperature need to be adjusted.
3. If the baking pan is not non-stick, please do anti-stick treatment or oily paper.
