Caramel Mixed Fruit Cake

1. Pour the confectioner's sugar and whipped cream into 2 small pots and heat them over low heat. When the sugar slowly melts and becomes dark brown, slowly add the heated whipped cream and mix well to form the caramel liquid. Set aside after cooling.

2. Whip the softened cream slightly

6. Mix the coconut flour, sifted low flour and baking powder

Tips:

1. If there is no coconut flour, it can be replaced with almond flour.
