Caramel Oatmeal Cookies

Bring the butter + sugar + maple syrup to a boil, cook for a while longer on medium and low heat, the butter will melt, smell the aroma, and slightly char. (The degree of coking is slightly or heavier, this degree can be controlled by yourself, the aroma will be different). Don’t be too rigid, it will be delicious

Stir in the sifted low flour, add in oats and vanilla extract, mix well

Scoop out with a spoon one by one, and place it in a non-stick baking dish or on a high-temperature cloth

Press flat into thin discs, leaving a space between each one. (It must be thin.)

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. It hardens after being released from the oven and kept tightly sealed.
