The corn used to make this kind of popcorn is baby corn. I remember seeing it when I was in my hometown, but gradually no one grew it. Later, when someone gave it to my mother, she brought it over. I didn’t expect it to be here. You can also buy it at the big vegetable market, so my mother bought a few kilos at one time and made popcorn for the little guy to make him enjoyable.

Caramel Popcorn

1. Heat the pot, add the baby corn

2. Stir fry without stopping

3. When the corn starts to explode, turn to a low heat

4. And cover the corn with a lid

5. Constantly stir the pot to pop all the remaining corn and shovel it for later use

6. Put sugar in the pot

7. Slowly heat up and become burnt yellow

8. Add the fried popcorn and stir evenly so that each popcorn is covered with sugar juice.

Tips:

1. The small corn should be used on a high fire at first, and when it starts to explode, turn to a small fire and stir fry slowly.
2. If you don’t like sweets, you can eat the popcorn directly

3. Put the prepared popcorn in a bag and store it tightly after cooling to keep it crisp
