Caramel Syrup
1.
Add white sugar and cold water to the pot at the same time, heat it on a low fire without stirring, it will naturally melt when the temperature rises.
2.
As the temperature increased, the sugar began to melt, and small bubbles began to bubble in the pot. Be sure to use a small fire, if the temperature is too high, you can leave the fire for a while before continuing to heat.
3.
Continue heating until the white sugar solution in the pot turns brown and immediately remove from the heat. Use the remaining temperature at the bottom of the pot to heat it to avoid burning.
4.
When the sugar liquid turns dark red, add boiling water, if it is boiling, be careful at this time, because the sugar liquid will burst like boiling oil, so don't be scalded. Wait for the syrup in the pot to cool down slowly and pour it into a clean container.
