Stir-fried Chicken with Seasonal Vegetables

Dice the chicken breast, add salt, light soy sauce, and starch, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Dice the washed onions and carrots.

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the diced carrots, then set them aside.

Change the oil in the pot, and fry the marinated chicken until the color changes and serve.

Change the oil in the pot and sauté the diced onions.

Pour the fried chicken and carrots into the pot. Add the right amount of oyster sauce and cooking wine. (You can also add some light soy sauce) The flavour melts into the meat and it comes out.
Tips:
①The chicken must be marinated in advance, and the smaller the meat, the better it will taste.
