Caramel Walnut Crisp

Add softened butter to fine sugar and beat with an electric whisk until white.

Add egg liquid and continue to beat evenly.

Add sifted low-gluten flour.

Mix into dough.

Shape the dough into a 1cm thick square and place it in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Add walnuts to caramel sauce and mix well.

After the bottom of the cake is baked, spread the caramelized walnuts and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Then put it in the oven, heat 170 degrees and lower the heat to 14 degrees, and bake for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
The fine granulated sugar used for the bottom of the cake will have a granular taste, if you don't like granules.
