Caramelized Glutinous Rice Lotus Root

Soak the glutinous rice in advance, and soak the last night, at least three hours.

Peel the lotus root and cut off both ends

Cut a lid and stuff the soaked glutinous rice in the lotus root hole.

Use a rice cooker, put enough water, rock sugar, red dates, cook for about an hour,
