Caramelized Walnut Small Toast

Put all the dough materials into the bread machine and start the standard bread program to start kneading.

After kneading the dough, cut a small piece of dough to check the state of the dough.

After the dough is rounded, put it in the bread machine again, and use the fermentation menu to ferment for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the dough will rise to twice its size.

After fermentation, the dough is taken out and vented. After venting, the dough is divided into four equal parts, and the dough is awake for 15 minutes after being rounded.

Take out the caramelized walnuts prepared in advance. (The preparation of caramelized walnuts is included in my recipe, you can check it for reference.)

After waking up, take a piece of dough and roll it into a square, turn it over and press the bottom thinly.

Roll up from top to bottom, pinch tightly to the bottom.

Other doughs are also shaped in the same way, put in a small toast mold, put into the oven for secondary fermentation, and add a bowl of warm water to the oven to increase the humidity.

Ferment for about 35 minutes, take out the surface and brush the egg liquid.

Use a knife to make a few strokes on the surface.

Put it into the preheated oven for grilling, the temperature is 180 degrees and the time is 25 minutes (the temperature of the oven is different for everyone, please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven.) The surface color satisfies the lid tin foil.

Take out the bread after baking.

Take it out and put it on the drying net to let cool.

Cut open and look inside the bread.

Tips:
The caramelized walnuts made by yourself should not be too big. Be careful not to puncture the dough. If you don't have caramelized walnuts, you can also roll other fruit materials.
