Carbonara of Pasta

(Single serving) Ingredients: a small amount of olive oil (not available at home, I used canola oil instead), 90 grams of pasta, 30 grams of milk, half an egg, a teaspoon of cream cheese (Frischkäse), half an onion, One mushroom, 2 slices of pork (35 g) (bacon is also OK), a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Follow the instructions on the pasta packaging bag to cook the pasta and place it in water without draining it.

Pork slices, onions, mushrooms, diced and set aside.

Prepare the sauce: mix the eggs and milk and stir well. Add the cream cheese and mix well.

A little bit of cheese powder must be added to prevent lumps.

Stir well. If there are small bumps, crush them with a spoon.

Heat a pan, add a small amount of oil, after the oil is hot, add the diced pork and stir fry for one minute.

Add mushrooms and onions, and stir fry for two minutes.

Remove the pasta from the water and add it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
10.
Pour the sauce.

Plate.
Tips:
Reminder: Use a fork to eat pasta. Of course you can eat it with chopsticks, but it's weird. When someone sees pasta being eaten by chopsticks, you will be laughed at!
