Carrot and Shrimp Fried Rice

Dice carrots, soak shiitake mushrooms, wash and dice

Shrimp break out the shrimps and wash them

Prepare two eggs, diced ginger, and chopped green onions.
Heat the pan with oil, add ginger, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and stir fry, almost add shrimp and fry until cooked. Add cooked rice (preferably silk rice), stir fry, add two eggs and stir-fry, add soy sauce or fish sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
