Carrot Beef Soup

I especially recommend this Morton table salt, which contains spices such as black pepper. The soup is especially fresh and easy to use.

Cut the beef into cold water and let the water out.

Rinse the beef after draining the water.

Put the beef in a casserole, fill it with water, and add green onion and ginger.

Pour about 15 milliliters of rice wine, bring it to a boil on high heat and simmer for three hours on low heat.

After about three hours, rinse the carrots off and peel off the cutting hob.

Put the carrots in a pot and boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for one hour.
8.
Sprinkle Morton table salt or black pepper and salt to taste before eating.
