Carrot Bread
1.
Put all the ingredients except butter in the cook machine and stir for about 5 minutes to form a dough.
2.
Then add butter and stir to expand the film state.
3.
Put it into the pot and cover with plastic wrap for fermentation.
4.
It can be fermented in the sun in warm weather. If it is cold, preheat the oven up and down 35 degrees, and put a bowl of hot water at the bottom for 1 hour to ferment to 2 to 2.5 times the size.
5.
Divide the fermented dough into two portions. I used an 8-inch cake mold➕10-inch toast box. Divide one portion into 6 portions, knead the dough into a cake mold.
6.
Divide the other portion into 3 pieces of dough and roll it into a duck tongue shape.
7.
Place them side by side in the toast box.
8.
Leave it in a warm place for second fermentation. Preheat the oven to 35 degrees and fire up and down for 30 minutes. Also put a bowl of hot water at the bottom. After fermentation, the surface is brushed with egg yolk liquid.
9.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the bread in for 30 minutes. The bread is ready.
10.
Remember to cover the tin foil after seeing the color on the surface. (The specific time is adjusted according to your own oven)
