Carrot Cauliflower

Main ingredients: carrots, cauliflower.

Break the cauliflower into small flowers, soak in light salt water for 20 minutes, wash and set aside.

Peel the carrots, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Boil water in a pot, add a little oil and salt, and blanch the carrots.

Blanch the carrots and put them in the cauliflower.

Continue to blanch for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

Add spare carrots and cauliflower.
