Carrot Fried Bitter Gourd

Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into 1 cm diced carrots.

Soak the bitter gourd in water, wash it, remove the seeds and cut it into 1 cm diced bitter gourd.

Add the cut carrots and bitter gourd to the boiling water pot and blanch for one minute.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the green onions to the pan.

Add the blanched bitter gourd and carrots and stir fry.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly.

Add half a teaspoon of wild cooked mushroom powder and stir evenly, then turn off the heat and eat.
Tips:
There is no wild cooked mushroom powder that can be replaced with chicken essence.
