There is a lot of residue left after the carrot juice is squeezed out. It's a pity to throw it away. It happens to be toast, so I used the carrot residue to make this carrot toast. Its color adds a bright slice to the toast.

Carrot Raisin Toast

1. After the carrot residue is steamed in a steamer, break it with a food processor, and pour an appropriate amount into a bread bucket

2. Add salt, eggs, milk powder, sugar, appropriate amount of water and high-gluten flour in turn, then dig a small hole in the flour and pour the yeast

3. Bread machine turns on the kneading function

4. The raisins are soaked and washed and drained.

5. Add butter after the dough is formed into a dough, and the bread machine selects the sweet bread function

6. Knead the dough to reach the film

7. Add the raisins after the toaster feeding reminder sounds, and then wait for 3 hours, the toaster is finished and the toast can be baked

Tips:

Because the carrot residue has a certain amount of water, it should be added little by little when adding water to avoid the dough being too wet.
