Tips:
1. It is best to use the refrigerated fermentation method, so that it will not ferment too much when making the styling later. Facts have proved that I still underestimated the temperature in Guangdong at this time. 2. The amount of yogurt should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour.
3. I use Baicui PE9600WT bread machine, other bread machines adjust the dough time according to actual conditions.
4. The baking temperature and time are for reference only. My oven is PE5456 from Petra.
5. When baking the bottom of the flower basket, it is best to wrap the sides of the cake mold with tin foil, so that the dough will not be close to the baking tray when baking, otherwise the color will be very dark and unsightly.
