Cartoon Cookies with Butter Frosting

1. Cut the butter into pieces and soften them in a warm place;

2. When the butter is lightly pressed with your fingers, it will soften in place when it can be dented;

3. Add 50 grams of powdered sugar to the butter and mix well;

4. Divide the egg liquid into 3 times and add it to the butter;

5. Every time you add it, stir evenly to avoid oil-water separation;

6. Add an appropriate amount of vanilla extract and mix well;

7. Add low-gluten flour to the butter and eggs;

8. Knead into a smoother dough;

9. Seal it and put it in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes;

10. Take out the dough and roll it into a pancake with a thickness of about 6mm;

11. Carve out the pattern with a mold (I chose Mickey head);

12. Put the carved biscuits on the mold;

13. Put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 22 minutes;

14. Let the biscuits cool after taking it out;

15. After mixing the protein powder with warm water, add 100 grams of powdered sugar;

16. Keep stirring until the frosting becomes smooth and delicate without particles, at this time the basic frosting is finished;

17. Take out a part of the icing sugar, add black food coloring, stir evenly and put it into a piping bag;

18. First use black icing to outline the outer contour of the ear part;

19. Then fill in;

20. Draw all the biscuits one by one and dry them;

21. Use red icing to outline the outline of the face;

22. Then fill in;

23. Draw all the biscuits one by one and dry them;

24. Finally, use a small brush to dip a little bit of basic icing (white) on the face and dot some white spots on the face. The biscuits are drawn and you can eat!

Tips:

1. The egg I chose is relatively large, and the weight after removing the egg skin is about 55 grams;
2. The butter does not need to be beaten, as long as it is softened and stirred in place, the cookies are very soft;
3. In the biscuits, you can leave it without vanilla extract, or add 10-15 grams of milk powder;
4. Warm water for making icing, the temperature should not be too high, just hand temperature, the temperature is high, the protein powder will agglomerate;
5. It takes a long time to stir powdered sugar, so everyone must be patient.
