Add the cut cabbage.

Drop the soaked yuba.

Add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, fungus, day lily, and broad noodles.

Put salt, soybean paste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl and stir well.

Pour the sauce into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and add the shiitake mushrooms, West Redwood City, and blanched pork belly. Boil for about 8 minutes and add the celery.

Cook for about 13 minutes and then turn off the heat!
Tips:
1 Tips for soaking the yuba: cut the yuba into small sections, soak in warm water, add a small spoon of salt, buckle a plate on top, and soak in 20 minutes.
2 Soak the vermicelli in warm water to soften.
3 The day lily and fungus should be blanched after soaking, so as to save cooking time.
