Casserole Baked Large Intestine

Rinse the large intestine with clean water, turn it over to the inside of the intestinal wall, and rinse with water to remove grease.

Appropriate amount of baking soda or cornstarch, rub it with your hands 2-3 times and rinse with water.

Bring water to a boil to enlarge the intestines and blanch it.

Cut into sections, heat the casserole with peanut oil, add ginger and large intestine to stir fry, add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, like to eat less chewy, add a little water. Turn the lid to a boil for 15 minutes, and pour the cooking wine in a circle along the lid before opening the lid.
