Casserole Egg Tofu Soup

Peel and chop tomatoes.

Add a small amount of oil to the casserole, pour diced tomatoes, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add water and thick soup to a boil in a casserole.
4.
Shred the southern tofu, add it to a casserole and simmer.
5.
Beat the eggs, wait for the water to boil, and pour into the casserole.
6.
After the water is boiled, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
7.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt to add thick soup.
