Casserole Fish Head Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, wash the fresh silver carp head and wipe with wine.

I use old tofu, which is tough.

Tips:
If the ingredients are fresh enough, there is no need for excessive seasoning. Also, you must use boiling water so that the soup will be white.
