Silver carp, also called fathead fish or Baotou fish, we all call this dish called Baotou fish stewed tofu. The milky white fish soup is simply the love of a lifetime

Head Bean Soup

1. Fish head, green onions, ginger, garlic, processed well

2. Heat the oil first, sauté the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant

3. Fry the fish head in a pan on medium heat

4. Fry the back and sides too

5. Then pour the cooking wine (pour it from the fish head)

6. Pour boiling water about half of the fish head

7. After boiled on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer to preserve the freshness of the fish head

8. You can turn the noodles halfway. After the soup turns milky white, open the lid, add tofu cubes and salt to taste, and cook for 5 minutes

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end.

Tips:

Before boiling the soup, prepare boiling water so that the fish head can be flushed into the boiling water instantly after frying
