Caterpillar Bread

Prepare the above materials

High-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, milk powder, salt mix

Pour milk in the bucket of the bread maker, and then pour whipped cream

Pour in the egg liquid

Pour the sugar and stir well

Then pour in the mixed flour, put in the yeast, put it in the bread machine, and install the bread machine kneading program

Knead for about half an hour, knead it to the state shown in the picture, and then the fermentation process of the bread machine is about one and a half hours.

Prove it until the dough is twice as big.

Take out the fermented dough and let it vent, divide it into six small doughs evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes

Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape

Repeat to roll out the remaining dough, and then put it in the oven for a second fermentation until it is twice as large

Brush the surface of the second fermented dough with a layer of egg liquid

Then squeeze the pre-made puff sauce on the surface (please check my swan puff making method) and put it into the preheated oven, the middle layer is 180 degrees for about 15 minutes

The toasted bread, let it cool, cut it in the middle, squeeze the whipped cream, and you are ready to eat
