Cauliflower Curry
1.
Break the organic cauliflower into small flowers, wash and set aside.

Slice garlic for later use.
3.
Slightly spicy curry for later.
4.
Add a little oil and garlic to the pot to taste.
5.
Add cauliflower, curry, cooking wine, add a little water or broth, stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes, add sugar, salt and drizzle sesame oil.
6.
Finished product.
Tips:
It is suggested that the cauliflower will feel better when it is fried directly without blanching.
