Cauliflower Fish Head Soup

Ingredients: fish head (washed), cauliflower (washed), sliced ginger, chives

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the washed fish heads and fry them on both sides.

Afterwards, put the ginger slices and add some water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then, add the washed cauliflower, turn it, and boil until the cauliflower is cooked and soft.

Then, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

Season to mix well.

Finally, put the pan into a large bowl, put the chives, and serve.
