Cauliflower Fried Pork

Pork belly, sliced, cleaned, half a bowl is enough.

Break the cauliflower into small pieces. Rinse with clean water.

Add a small pot of water to the pot, put the cauliflower in the pot, and cover the lid. Boil the cauliflower on medium heat for 3 minutes, then blanch the cauliflower.

After blanching the cauliflower, remove it and rinse it again with clean water. Slice carrots for later use.

In a clean pot, turn on high heat, pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil, add ginger slices, and stir fry twice.

Pour in the meat slices and stir fry continuously.

Stir-fry until slightly discolored, pour in carrot slices and stir-fry twice.

Then pour the cauliflower. Constantly stir fry.

After stirring for 30 seconds, pour in the cooking wine and stir evenly.

Pour a little water and stir fry for a while.

Finally add 1-2 tablespoons of salt to taste. The amount of salt is adjusted according to your taste. Stir fry a few times and stir evenly to get out of the pan.
